H.G. Hill Realty Company welcomes Kim Harper as Property Manager

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Feb. 16, 2024 – H.G. Hill Realty Company, a privately held real estate developer managing over 2.5 million square feet, has tapped Kim Harper as its newest property manager.

Harper most recently served as account manager at TriStar Building Services and brings nearly 20 years of management experience to H.G. Hill Realty Company. Within her new role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of several of the company’s retail and mixed-use properties, including Hill Centers in Hillsboro Village, East Nashville, Germantown, Donelson, Hendersonville and Clarksville.

In addition to Harper’s 16 years at TriStar Building Services, she also served in a management role at Kelsan. She earned her associates degree from Columbia State Community College.
